What precautions do you have in place for COVID-19?
Our technicians will stringently adhere to the governments current advice and have acquired Covid Safety at Work certificates. All PPE (masks, gloves, sanitation) will be used through out the duration of the job. We ask that social distancing is implemented. We are using the COVID safe app as advised by the government.
If you are in isolation, you are unwell or have any symptoms, you must inform our team prior to us visiting site.
Are you licensed and insured?
Ready Mcgetty is fully licensed plumbing and gas business. We have relevant insurances to suit domestic and commercial work.

Gasfitting and Repairs

Backflow Device Valve Testing
Valves that require annual testing with the Water Corp (such RPZD and DCV) can all be put on an annual test cycle. We can arrange a set date in which we annually carry out works required for maintaining values to the standard required by Water Corp.
Some properties require routine pressure cleans of their drains to prevent grease blockages or roots from impacting the functionality of their drains.
Water Filters (Commercial and Domestic)
Once a filter is installed we can set memo to replace expired cartridges. We will contact you with a reminder, ensuring filtered water supply is kept in top shape.
Routine Gutter Cleaning
All gutters, commercial and residential, have to be routinely cleaned and maintained. We can set a memo and provide a cost effective solution to prevent your gutters and downpipes from blocking up.

What are the business operating hours?

Do you provide after hours services?
We currently do not offer after hours services.
Is there a warranty period for work? What about parts?
The warranty period for workmanship for all of our services is six years, from date of install.
The warranty period on materials and parts supplied by us is as per manufacturers specifications. All warranty cards and information will be handed to owner on completion of work.
The warranty period on materials and parts supplied by owner is the owners responsibility.
What about a schedule of fees?
At Ready Mcgetty our schedule of fees consist of a minimum first hour fee and following that, a reduced rate charged in 15 minute increments. A travel fee may be included. All materials and disposables that are required for the job will be itemised for invoice transparency. This is the schedule we also incorporate into our quotes.
Periodic maintenance, such as filter replacements or any routine maintenance plumbing, will come at a reduced first hour fee.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Gracetown. We service the south west from Bunbury to Augusta.
How do I organise or request a quote?
You can organise a quote by getting in contact with us …The more information you have about the works that you require, such as photos, dimensions, history of issue, urgency of work etc., will enable us to assess the job and provide you with the most accurate estimate of works.
